We’ve operated since 2007 on a simple mission: 1) our members should be able to find a place where their passion and curiosity for finance can thrive and 2) be equipped with the resources, education, and network to succeed across a diverse range of careers within the financial services industry and beyond.

We’ve grown exponentially over the last two decades and are currently a family of fifty members who come from a diverse array of backgrounds. Some are world-class athletes. Some are engineers. Some are artists. But all of us share a deep-rooted passion, curiosity and love for finance.

We leverage our alumni community of 300+ bankers, consultants, investors, engineers, entrepreneurs and more to support us in our mission. Through advice, mentorship, and career opportunity, they provide a foundation for members to start or accelerate a meaningful career.

In terms of some of the values we look for in our people—teamwork, slope over y-intercept, and enduring relationships over short-term connections. Our culture is rooted in excellence, collaboration, passion, and humility.
